I had read of certain risks in taking Fosamax for osteoporosis, so I stopped taking it over two years ago. Instead, I started taking Jarrow Formulas Bone-Up Promotes bone density. For me, it has slightly improved my osteoporosis according to a bone scan I had done in 2011.

I do not know if this Jarrow Formulas Bone-Upp roduct really works for strengthening bones in the long run, but I do know that it has great side effects of bowel consistency and settled digestive system.
